Cosco India reported total income of ₹18,978 lakhs for FY26, up 9% from ₹17,408 lakhs in FY25. Net profit grew significantly to ₹100.49 lakhs from ₹78.15 lakhs in the prior year, a 28.6% increase. Q4 standalone profit was ₹98.14 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹131.25 lakhs in Q4 FY25. Stock in trade segment drove most of the profit with ₹598.36 lakhs profit, while manufactured products segment turned to a loss of ₹80.47 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion confirming clean financials. Cash flow from operations remained healthy at ₹924.78 lakhs.
Revenue growth is modest at under 10%, but profit growth of 28.6% YoY is encouraging. The shift in product mix from manufacturing to trading shows in segment profitability. No audit qualifications provide confidence in financial reporting quality.
