Cosco India has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The restriction applies to all directors, promoters, designated employees, connected persons, fiduciaries and their immediate relatives, as required under SEBI Insider Trading Regulations 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The board meeting date to approve Q1 results will be intimated separately.
