Cosmic CRF Limited has published its audited financial results for FY25 (ended March 31, 2025) in newspapers as required by SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, total income rose to Rs 30,180.36 lakhs from Rs 25,363.92 lakhs in FY24, and the company swung to a net profit of Rs 1,870.25 lakhs from a loss of Rs 1,275.49 lakhs a year ago. Standalone EPS turned positive at Rs 22.85 versus a loss of Rs 19.35 in FY24. A clear turnaround from losses to profits on both standalone and consolidated bases is positive for shareholders. The newly added subsidiary will expand reported revenue going forward, but the pending arbitration and reliance on resolution-plan benefits warrant caution.
