Consolidated revenue grew 42% YoY to Rs 8,069 crores, EBITDA jumped 51% to Rs 1,300 crores, and PAT surged 91% to Rs 378 crores. EBITDA margin expanded significantly from 21% to 29%, while PAT margin turned positive from negative 4% to positive 29%. The company operates three business segments: Powertrain (27% revenue, up 20%), Aluminium Products (59% revenue, up 58%), and Industrial & Engineering (14% revenue, up 30%). Craftsman has 28 manufacturing facilities across India, Germany, and the Netherlands, serving marquee OEM customers in commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, and farm equipment.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion across all segments is positive for shareholders. The aluminium products segment now contributing 59% of revenue indicates successful diversification into EV components and lightweighting solutions. The German acquisition (Craftsman Fronberg Guss) is showing results with combined Powertrain EBIT growing 44%.
