Cranex Ltd has published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended 31 December 2025 in the Financial Express and Jansatta newspapers on 12 February 2026, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. Standalone total income from operations for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 1,125.69 lakhs, down from Rs. 1,348.32 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while standalone net profit after tax fell to Rs. 54.28 lakhs from Rs. 73.66 lakhs YoY. However, the nine-month FY26 net profit improved to Rs. 159.08 lakhs (vs Rs. 125.60 lakhs in 9M FY25) and basic EPS rose to Rs. 1.87 from Rs. 1.65. Consolidated Q3 net profit was Rs. 32.38 lakhs.
