Crazy Snacks IPO opens for subscription today. GMP among key details to know

Crazy Snacks IPO opened for subscription with a fresh issue of 60 lakh shares worth Rs 25.20 crore and an OFS of 14.95 lakh shares worth Rs 6.28 crore, priced at Rs 39-42 per share. The bakery and packaged snacks maker, which markets brands Crazy, Bity and Baked Gold, reported FY25 total income of Rs 111.63 crore and PAT of Rs 6.33 crore. The issue closes on June 30 and the shares are proposed to list on the BSE SME platform on July 3.
