Creative Eye Limited's statutory auditor, M/s NGS & Co. LLP (Firm Reg. No. 119850W/W100013), resigned with immediate effect on September 22, 2025. The firm was originally appointed at the AGM on September 30, 2022 for a 5-year term ending at the AGM of FY 2026-27, so this is a midterm exit well before the scheduled tenure expiry. NGS & Co. LLP cited commercial unviability — stating that the professional effort and resources required to audit a listed company have risen significantly while audit fees have not kept pace, making it difficult to meet ICAI's Standards on Auditing and Quality Control. Importantly, the auditor confirmed it had already completed the FY25 audit (report dated May 27, 2025) and the Q1 FY26 limited review (dated August 8, 2025), and stated there are no other material reasons for stepping down.
