Crest Ventures Limited has informed the Exchange about Re-appointment of Internal Auditor and Appointment of CISO

Crest Ventures Limited's Board of Directors met on May 22, 2026 and approved two key appointments. First, M/s. Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants was re-appointed as the company's Internal Auditors for Financial Year 2026-2027, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. Second, Mr. Manish Jadhav was designated as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a 3-year term until May 21, 2029. Mr. Jadhav, who has been with the company since 2005, brings over 23 years of experience in IT, information security, and cyber security compliance. The CISO role is also classified as Senior Management Personnel under SEBI Listing Regulations.
