Crisil Limited has appointed Mr. Dinesh Khara as a Non-Executive Independent Director on its board, effective September 24, 2025, for a term of five years (until September 23, 2030). The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Khara is a career banker with nearly 40 years of experience, most notably serving as Chairman of State Bank of India (SBI) from October 2020 to August 2024. He holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Delhi School of Economics.
