Crisil Limited's Scheme of Amalgamation with Bridge to India Energy Private Limited has officially become effective on September 25, 2025, following the filing of e-Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies. The NCLT Mumbai Bench had already sanctioned the scheme, as announced on September 1, 2025. Under the scheme, Bridge to India Energy Private Limited (Transferor Company) is being merged into Crisil Limited (Transferee Company) along with their respective shareholders.
