Board reshuffle: new MD and CFO appointed, two directors resign

Cropster Agro's board, at a meeting on 21 July 2026, appointed Mr. Vijaykumar Kalabhai Nayak as Managing Director and CFO effective the same day. He is a graduate with 8 plus years experience in finance, business management, and operations. Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel resigned as MD citing personal commitments and other professional obligations. Mr. Jignesh Manilal Shrimali also resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director citing pre-occupancy in other matters. Both confirmed no material reasons beyond those stated. Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and CSR committees were reconstituted with independent directors.
