Cropster Agro, an agriculture trading company, filed its unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 10,350 lacs in H1 FY26 from Rs 8,801 lacs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 17.6%, while Q2 revenue stood at Rs 5,249 lacs versus Rs 4,751 lacs in Q2 FY25. Profit after tax jumped roughly 35% to Rs 809 lacs in H1 (from Rs 600 lacs) and about 33% to Rs 412 lacs in Q2 (from Rs 311 lacs), driven by higher trading income and tighter control on other expenses. The company remains completely debt-free with cash and equivalents of Rs 349 lacs and total equity of Rs 11,602 lacs, and generated positive Rs 252 lacs in operating cash flow versus a negative figure a year earlier. The auditor, J. Singh & Associates, issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report, and no related party transactions, defaults, or audit qualifications were reported.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, a debt-free balance sheet, and a turnaround to positive operating cash flow point to improving business health; this should be viewed positively by shareholders, though the share count has expanded sharply (face value cut from Rs 10 to Rs 1), which makes year-on-year EPS comparisons less meaningful.
