New MD and CFO appointed; MD and Director resign at Cropster Agro

Cropster Agro's board appointed Mr. Vijaykumar Kalabhai Nayak as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer effective 21 July 2026. Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel stepped down as Managing Director citing personal commitments and other professional work. Mr. Jignesh Manilal Shrimali also resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director citing pre-occupation in other matters. The Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and CSR Committee were reconstituted. Nayak is a graduate with over 8 years of finance and operations experience and is not related to any existing director.
