Crown Lifters Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31 March 2026. Total income from operations stood at Rs. 1,218.56 Lacs for Q4 and Rs. 4,251.26 Lacs for the full year, representing approximately 15% year-over-year revenue growth from Rs. 3,696.07 Lacs in FY25. However, net profit after tax declined significantly to Rs. 887.10 Lacs compared to Rs. 1,898.01 Lacs in the previous year, a drop of about 53%. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 14 May 2026, approved these results and recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. Earnings per share (basic) for FY26 was Rs. 7.72 compared to Rs. 16.91 in FY25.
Revenue growth was offset by a significant decline in profitability, with net profit falling by over 50% year-on-year. The recommended dividend provides some positive signal for shareholders, but the sharp drop in earnings per share may concern investors.
