CSM Technologies IPO opens with a price band of Rs 147-155 per share and closes on June 26. The GovTech-focused digital transformation company reported FY25 revenue of Rs 180.67 crore and profit after tax of Rs 15.82 crore, valuing the issue at about 42.6 times FY25 earnings. Swastika Investmart assigned a Neutral rating, citing premium pricing versus listed peers, government contract dependence and high debtor days, while grey market premium of around 4% suggests only modest listing gains.
