Cube Highways Trust collects Rs 1,687 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO

Cube Highways Trust raised Rs 1,687 crore from 59 anchor funds, allotting 11.10 crore units at Rs 152 each ahead of its public issue closing July 24. The Rs 5,000 crore offer is a 100 percent book-built Offer for Sale as the Sebi-registered InvIT transitions from private to public listing, with an additional Rs 1,250 crore already secured from strategic investors. Prazim Trading (Premji Invest entity) was the largest anchor with Rs 300 crore, while units are expected to debut on BSE and NSE around August 3.
