Cube Highways Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) focused on road assets, has filed its Q4 FY25 investor presentation. Assets Under Management grew 25% YoY to ₹322.7 billion across 25 special purpose vehicles (SPVs), up from 18 SPVs a year earlier. Portfolio traffic rose 6.2% and toll revenue grew 8.0% in FY25. The Trust distributed ₹11 per ordinary unit in FY25, taking cumulative distributions to ₹21.09 per unit. During the year, it acquired 6 HAM assets and 1 BOT-toll asset, and signed agreements to acquire 2 BOT-annuity assets from NIIF for an estimated ₹41,847 million. It also issued India's first Sustainability-Linked Bond in the roads sector (₹860 crore from IFC) and refinanced debt through AAA-rated NCDs worth ₹1,152 crore. Net debt to AUM stands at 44.65% with a DSCR of 1.7x and cost of debt at 8.06%.
For unitholders, the filing reflects strong operational momentum and steady distributions backed by a growing toll-road portfolio. The 25% AUM expansion and AAA rating support stable income visibility, while the addition of annuity assets reduces demand risk. No negative signals — only routine investor disclosure.
