Cube Highways Fund Advisors, acting as Investment Manager to Cube Highways Trust, has informed exchanges that an Audit Committee and Board meeting is scheduled for May 22, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve: (1) audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, (2) unaudited standalone and consolidated financial information for Q4 ended March 31, 2026, and (3) declaration of distributions to unitholders for Q4 FY26. The proposed record date for distribution is May 27, 2026. The trading window for unit dealing has been closed since April 1, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the financial announcements.
