The Board of the Investment Manager of Cube Highways Trust approved the unaudited financial results for Q3 and 9M ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 10,808 million (up ~27% YoY) while profit after tax stood at Rs. 410 million. A distribution of INR 4.10 per unit was declared — comprising Rs. 2.00 interest, Rs. 0.77 dividend and Rs. 1.33 return of capital — with a record date of February 4, 2026 across 1.34 billion outstanding units. The Board also approved plans to acquire four highway assets, raise up to Rs. 2,500 crores through debt, change the sponsor (inducting Cube Highways V Pte. Ltd.), and convert the InvIT from a privately listed to a publicly listed trust via an offer for sale, all subject to unitholder approval through postal ballot.
Unitholders receive a steady quarterly distribution while the proposed acquisitions, sponsor restructuring and conversion to a public InvIT could meaningfully expand the trust's asset base and improve unit liquidity. These structural changes require 75% unitholder approval, introducing some near-term governance uncertainty.
