Cube Highways Trust's Investment Manager has disclosed on-market sales of ordinary units by two Sponsor Group entities, Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte. Ltd. and Cube Mobility Investments Pte. Ltd., on March 27 and March 30, 2026. Cube Highways and Infrastructure III sold about 2.70 crore units for roughly ₹394.93 crore, taking its stake from 20.81% to 18.79%. Cube Mobility Investments sold about 3.90 crore units for roughly ₹568.67 crore, reducing its stake from 12.84% to 9.94%. All trades were executed on the National Stock Exchange. Combined, the sponsor group sold approximately ₹963.60 crore worth of units to public investors over two trading days.
A large sponsor group sell-down creates supply pressure and is generally viewed negatively by retail unitholders, as the entities with the deepest knowledge of the InvIT are exiting positions. Existing unitholders may see short-term price weakness given the sizable open-market supply absorbed in just two days.
