Cube Highways Trust has shared the outcome of Crisil Ratings' annual review dated February 10, 2026. Crisil reaffirmed its highest-grade rating of CRISIL AAA/Stable on the trust's long-term bank loan facilities of Rs. 13,850 crore and short-term rating of CRISIL A1+. The same AAA/Stable rating was reaffirmed on Rs. 600 crore of existing Non-Convertible Debentures and on Rs. 1,000 crore of proposed NCDs. The Rs. 1,350 crore Commercial Paper programme was also reaffirmed at CRISIL A1+. Bank-wise facility details show lenders including SBI, NaBFID, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and IndusInd Bank. AAA indicates the highest degree of safety regarding timely debt servicing.
Reaffirmation of the top-tier AAA/A1+ ratings signals continued strong credit quality and low default risk for unitholders and debenture holders. This is a neutral-to-positive signal for the InvIT, indicating stable financial health with no rating action triggered.
