Cube Highways Trust has submitted a revised credit rating letter from India Ratings & Research (IRR) to the exchanges. The letter reaffirms the trust's IND AAA rating with a Stable outlook across all instruments: long-term issuer rating, proposed NCDs of Rs 1,160 crore, existing NCDs of Rs 2,278 crore, bank guarantees of Rs 250 crore, and rupee term loans of Rs 9,392.5 crore. The company clarified that this is a revised version of the earlier letter dated April 17, 2025, and there is no change in any rating, including those on the non-convertible debentures. Term loans are spread across SBI, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and NaBFID, all rated AAA/Stable.
No impact on shareholders — this is an administrative correction of a prior rating letter with ratings and outlook remaining unchanged at the highest investment grade (AAA/Stable), signalling continued strong credit quality.
