Cube Highways Trust, through its Investment Manager (Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited), has appointed M/s Ernst & Young LLP as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The appointment was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 28, 2025. The decision was made in consultation with Axis Trustee Services Limited, the Trustee of the InvIT. The intimation is being filed under SEBI InvIT Regulations and SEBI LODR Regulations.
