Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Cube Highways Trust has submitted its unitholding pattern for Q4 FY 2024-25 to BSE and NSE. The total units outstanding stand at 133.44 crore units. The sponsor group's (foreign corporate bodies) holding has dropped sharply from 46.84% to 32.02%, a reduction of about 14.82 percentage points, indicating a significant sell-down by the sponsor. Public holding now stands at 53.16%, with mutual funds holding 9.25%, insurance companies 3.12%, FPIs at just 0.61%, and bodies corporate (including foreign) collectively holding about 37.34% of units.
A large sponsor sell-down (from 46.84% to 32.02%) may dilute sponsor influence but increases float and could improve liquidity in the InvIT units. Shareholders should note the significant change in ownership composition and watch for any further sponsor divestment.
