Cube Highways Trust submitted its quarterly report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, including audited standalone and consolidated financials reviewed by S.B. Billimoria & Co. LLP. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 10,516.18 million in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 8,196.51 million in Q2 FY25, while profit after tax swung to Rs. 402.22 million from a loss of Rs. 299.00 million a year ago. The Investment Manager declared a distribution of Rs. 3.60 per unit (interest Rs. 2.72, dividend Rs. 0.54, treasury Rs. 0.02, return of capital Rs. 0.32) with record date set as November 4, 2025. Total assets stood at Rs. 3,02,520.20 million against total borrowings of Rs. 1,78,975.05 million.
Positive for unitholders — a clear swing back to profitability alongside a steady Rs. 3.60 per unit distribution signals improved cash generation, though rising debt levels and finance costs remain a point to watch.
