Cube Highways Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Cube Highways Trust has informed exchanges that a meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of its Investment Manager (Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt Ltd) is scheduled for July 30, 2025. The board will consider and approve the unaudited condensed standalone and consolidated financial results of the InvIT for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), along with the limited review report by statutory auditors. It will also consider the declaration of distributions, if any, to unitholders for Q1 FY26. A record date of August 4, 2025 has been proposed for determining eligible unitholders in case a distribution is approved. The intimation was filed on July 23, 2025 under SEBI InvIT and LODR regulations.
