The InvIT declared a Q4 distribution of Rs 3.57 per unit, taking the annual distribution to Rs 13.77 per unit - the highest since listing. The Trust has signed definitive agreements to acquire 4 assets (3 toll + 1 annuity) from the Sponsor with aggregate enterprise value of Rs 7,292.5 crore, expected to be NAV accretive by over Rs 3 per unit. Separately, the Trust has initiated transition from private to public InvIT with a proposed Offer for Sale of Rs 5,000 crore. NAV improved to Rs 145.8 per unit from Rs 142.7 in the previous quarter.
Strong quarter with record annual distributions and robust traffic growth. The upcoming asset acquisitions and public InvIT listing could provide additional upside for unitholders, though rising bitumen costs (up 50%) may pressure maintenance budgets.
