Cube Highways Trust InvIT IPO was subscribed only 3% on Day 2 of the issue, with retail investors at 7% and institutional bids yet to come. The issue, with a price band of ₹151-152 per unit, raised ₹1,687.5 crore from anchor investors including HDFC AMC, SBI MF, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, while Azim Premji-backed Prazim Trading invested an additional ₹300 crore taking total to ₹950 crore. Grey market premium stood at zero, though brokerages including Sushil Financial, SMIFS and Marwadi Shares recommended subscribing for long-term investors.
