Cube Highways Trust InvIT IPO opens today; check latest GMP, subscription status, review, key details

Cube Highways Trust InvIT opened its public subscription on 22 July at a price band of ₹151-152 per unit, after raising ₹1,687.5 crore from 59 anchor investors including HDFC AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, and SBI Life Insurance. The issue is entirely an offer for sale with 75 percent reserved for QIBs and at least 25 percent for NIIs; day 1 subscription stood at just 2 percent with grey market premium at zero. Brokerages Sushil Financial, SMIFS, and Marwadi Shares have recommended subscribing; allotment is due on 27 July and listing on BSE and NSE on 29 July.
