Cube Highways Trust InvIT raises Rs 1,687 crore from Premji Invest, other anchor investors ahead of its IPO

Cube Highways Trust InvIT raised Rs 1,687 crore from anchor investors by allotting 11.10 crore units at Rs 152 each to 59 funds ahead of its public issue. Premji Invest-linked Prazim Trading led the anchor book with Rs 300 crore, alongside marquee investors including ICICI Prudential Life, SBI Life, HDFC MF, SBI MF, Nippon India MF and Tata MF. The overall offering is a Rs 5,000 crore Offer for Sale at a price band of Rs 151-152, and the trust had earlier raised Rs 1,250 crore from strategic investors, including Rs 950 crore from Prazim Trading.
