Cube Highways Trust InvIT subscription opens today. Here are key details for investors

Cube Highways Trust InvIT opened its book-built issue worth Rs 5,000 crore, comprising an offer-for-sale of 32.89 crore units at a price band of Rs 151–Rs 152 per unit. The issue closes with allotment expected on July 29, 2026, and listing planned on NSE and BSE by August 3, 2026. The Trust reported FY26 total income of Rs 2,922.09 crore, up 38.7 percent year-on-year, with PAT rising 42.3 percent to Rs 1,422.89 crore, backed by a portfolio of 27 road assets spanning about 8,754 lane kilometres.
