Cube Highways Trust plans Rs 5,000-cr IPO this month; eyes broader investor base

Cube Highways Trust (Cube InvIT) is planning a Rs 5,000 crore IPO this month, structured entirely as an offer for sale (OFS). The trust owns 27 operational highway assets spanning 8,754 lane kilometres across 12 states, with assets under management of Rs 36,842 crore as of March 2026. It declared total distributions of Rs 1,851 crore for FY26 at Rs 13.77 per unit, while net debt stood at Rs 17,768 crore.
