Cube Highways Trust held its Third Annual Meeting on July 17, 2026 via video conferencing. Unitholders approved all three resolutions with about 99.84 percent votes in favour (around 625.5 million units) and no votes against. The resolutions covered adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, adoption of the valuation report of trust assets, and appointment of the valuer for FY 2026-27 with remuneration. Statutory auditors report had no qualifications. Three unitholders attended through VC.
