Cult. Fit IPO: Actor Hrithik Roshan set to sell 6.33 lakh shares in Rs 3,500-4,000-crore offer

Cult.fit has filed draft IPO papers to raise around Rs 950 crore via fresh issue alongside an offer for sale of up to 17.86 crore shares, with the total offer size expected at Rs 3,500-4,000 crore. Actor Hrithik Roshan will sell 6.33 lakh shares, while other selling shareholders include Temasek, Chiratae, Tata Digital, Mukesh Bansal, Accel, Kalaari and Schroders Capital. For FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs 1,720.6 crore, up 41.6 percent year-on-year, with net loss narrowing to Rs 251.9 crore and adjusted EBITDA turning positive at Rs 144.8 crore.
