Cyber Media (India) Limited has informed exchanges about the receipt of the First and Final Call money on partly paid-up equity shares from its earlier Rights Issue. The company had called for ₹7.90 per share (the remaining 50% of the ₹15.80 issue price, split as ₹5.00 face value and ₹2.90 securities premium) on 51,62,479 partly paid-up shares. During the call period from 02nd February to 16th February 2026, the company received payment for 49,53,415 shares, aggregating to about ₹3.91 crore. The remaining shares were not paid up by the deadline, meaning those shareholders defaulted on the call. The fully paid-up shares will be credited under ISIN INE278G01037 after receiving necessary approvals.
The company has successfully collected nearly all of the call money (~₹3.91 crore), strengthening its capital base. However, about 2.09 lakh partly paid-up shares (~4% of the called shares) were forfeited due to non-payment, which could lead to dilution adjustments or reissuance of those shares by the company.
