Cyber Media India has issued forfeiture notices to holders of 1,71,329 partly paid-up equity shares who did not pay the First and Final Call Money by April 7, 2026. These shares were from a rights issue at Rs 15.80 each (Rs 10 face value plus Rs 5.80 premium) in a 2:5 ratio with record date August 1, 2025. The Rights Issue Committee decided on April 11, 2026 to forfeit these shares. Affected shareholders lose all rights and amounts already paid on these shares. The forfeited shares become company property and may be re-allotted or cancelled.
Minimal impact for overall shareholders. Affected holders lose partly paid shares and amounts paid. Forfeited shares revert to the company.
