Cyber Media India Ltd reported a strong turnaround in FY26 with consolidated profit of Rs 390.08 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs 972.84 lakhs in FY25. Revenue grew 19% to Rs 10,326.99 lakhs from Rs 8,672.08 lakhs. The company completed a rights issue of 51.62 lakh shares at Rs 15.80 per share, raising Rs 815.67 lakhs (before share issue expenses). Some 1.71 lakh partly paid-up shares are being forfeited due to non-payment of call money. The board also approved a name change from 'Cyber Media (India) Limited' to 'CyberMedia Network Limited', subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. A merger of Cyber Media Research & Services Limited with the company is pending SEBI approval.
The company returned to profitability after heavy losses last year, though negative equity of Rs 2,839.61 lakhs on consolidated basis remains a concern. The rights issue improved the capital position but the company still has accumulated losses to recover.
