CyberTech Systems and Software reported flat consolidated revenue of Rs. 23,715.23 lakh for FY26 vs Rs. 23,589.69 lakh in FY25. Profit after tax declined 13% to Rs. 3,042.97 lakh from Rs. 3,493.43 lakh, with EPS dropping to Rs. 9.77 from Rs. 11.22. Standalone revenue also declined slightly to Rs. 16,038.73 lakh from Rs. 16,104.62 lakh. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share and announced a buyback of up to 8.5 lakh shares at Rs. 170 per share (total Rs. 14.45 crore), representing 2.73% of paid-up capital. The auditor gave an un-modified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also changed its internal auditor to Desai Associates for FY27.
PAT decline of 13% on consolidated basis is a concern, though the buyback signal and dividend payout indicate management confidence. The stock may see mixed reaction due to lower profitability despite stable revenues.
