The Chairman announced a special interim dividend of Rs. 20 per share to mark the company's 30 years of successful operations, alongside a regular dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share for FY25. For FY25, total revenue grew 8.5% year-over-year to Rs. 2,561.31 million, net income jumped 53.6% to Rs. 349.34 million, and EBITDA rose to Rs. 519.32 million, with the company remaining debt-free. The company highlighted its leadership in cloud transformation, Esri ArcGIS Geospatial Systems, and SAP Digitalization, and welcomed Justin Bharucha as a new director.
