IEPF transfer notice for shares with unclaimed dividends

Cybertech Systems has published a newspaper notice in Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshadeep about the compulsory transfer of shares to the IEPF Authority Demat Account. This applies to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for seven consecutive years starting from financial year 2018-19. Affected shareholders must claim their unclaimed dividend on or before September 30, 2026, or their shares will be transferred without further notice.
