Cyient DLM Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ramakanth Alapati as President & Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, effective 18 May 2026. He will also serve as a Senior Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company. Alapati brings over 20 years of experience in advanced packaging, foundry operations, capital equipment, and deep tech manufacturing. He holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, USA, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Osmania University. He currently serves as Chairman of the 3DIC Technical Advisory Board at Sematech and Chairman of Packaging Technical Advisory Board at the Semiconductor Research Corporation. He has no existing shareholding in the company.
