D.B. Corp Limited has allotted 3,569 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to employees who exercised their stock options under the DBCL ESOS 2011 scheme. The shares were issued in three tranches at exercise prices of Rs. 10, Rs. 15, and Rs. 30 per share. After this allotment, the total issued and paid-up share capital stands at 17,82,45,926 shares (Rs. 178,24,59,260). The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares and are listed on both BSE and NSE.
