D & H India Ltd reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) results with net sales of Rs. 5,290.21 lacs, up about 19% from Rs. 4,446.81 lacs in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax grew sharply to Rs. 134.08 lacs (standalone) and Rs. 134.07 lacs (consolidated) from Rs. 79.83 lacs and Rs. 79.06 lacs respectively, a jump of roughly 68–70% year-on-year. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 1.63 (standalone) and Rs. 1.75 (consolidated) versus Rs. 0.99 and Rs. 1.03 a year ago. The auditor (Devpura Navlakha & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report but flagged that prior-year comparatives were not subjected to review. The Board also appointed Mr. Anit Saklecha as Independent Director and Mr. Ashok Jain as COO, while accepting the resignation of Independent Director Rajendra Bandi.
Strong bottom-line growth and margin expansion are positives for shareholders, even as revenue growth came in just below the 20% mark. The management reshuffle and clean auditor opinion are neutral-to-positive signals for the stock.
