D & H India Limited has received fresh credit ratings from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd for its banking facilities totaling Rs. 63.99 crore. Long-term bank facilities of Rs. 63.49 crore got IVR BBB-/Stable (investment grade, lowest tier), while short-term facilities of Rs. 0.50 crore received IVR A3. This is a first-time rating from Infomerics; the previous rating agency, CareEdge, had shifted the company to 'Issuer Not Co-operating' in March 2025 due to non-submission of information. FY24 revenue grew to Rs. 157.82 crore (from Rs. 138.60 crore in FY23), but PAT dropped to Rs. 2.72 crore (from Rs. 4.17 crore), and total debt rose sharply to Rs. 44.29 crore from Rs. 27.98 crore, pushing overall gearing to 1.12x.
The BBB-/Stable rating signals moderate creditworthiness with no expected near-term change, which is mildly positive for lender confidence. However, rising debt, falling PAT, and tighter working capital cycle (108 days vs 98 days) are concerns that may cap any rating upside. For shareholders, the rating itself is neutral; the prior non-cooperation flag from CareEdge has been resolved by onboarding Infomerics, restoring rating visibility.
