D & H India Ltd has published its un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025 in newspapers, as required by SEBI listing rules. Total income from operations came in at Rs. 6,194.72 lakhs, down about 5.6% from Rs. 6,561.71 lakhs in the previous quarter (Sep 2025) but up roughly 12.2% year-on-year from Rs. 5,519.91 lakhs. Net profit after tax rose sharply to Rs. 243.31 lakhs, a jump of around 54% sequentially and nearly 44% year-on-year. Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 2.64, compared with Rs. 1.84 in the September 2025 quarter and Rs. 1.90 in the December 2024 quarter. The figures were approved by the Board on 27 January 2026 and mirrored in both the Free Press Journal (English) and Nav Shakti (Marathi) editions.
Strong profit growth on both a sequential and yearly basis is a positive signal for shareholders, though the modest dip in quarterly revenue versus the previous quarter may temper sentiment. Overall, the improving bottom line and higher EPS suggest healthy operational performance for the quarter.
