D-Link (India) Ltd reported audited FY2026 results with standalone revenue of ₹1,55,902 Lakhs, up 13.2% from ₹1,37,716 Lakhs in FY2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹1,56,570 Lakhs. PAT remained flat at ₹10,295 Lakhs (standalone) and ₹10,406 Lakhs (consolidated) versus prior year. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹20 per share plus a special dividend of ₹7.50 per share, aggregating ₹27.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the August 10, 2026 AGM. The company received an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. A contingent liability of ₹611.49 Lakhs exists from a customs demand order which D-Link has appealed at CESTAT.
Revenue grew ~13% but profit remained flat due to higher employee costs from new labour code implementation (₹243.87 Lakhs charge). The special dividend signals management confidence, though lack of PAT growth and a pending customs dispute may temper investor enthusiasm.
