D-Link India has submitted its Annual Report for FY2025-26 along with the Notice of its 18th AGM, scheduled for August 10, 2026 at 11 AM in Goa. Consolidated Total Income grew 12.68% to INR 158,233.91 lakh, while consolidated PAT was largely flat at INR 10,405.82 lakh versus INR 10,426.09 lakh last year. Standalone Total Income rose 12.76% to INR 157,431.56 lakh with PAT at INR 10,294.98 lakh.
