The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Vikas Kataria HUF

Vikas Ratanlal Kataria HUF (a promoter entity) and Santosh Ratanlal Kataria HUF transferred 200,000 shares each to individual promoters Vikas Kataria and Santosh Kataria respectively. This was an off-market inter-se transfer within the promoter group completed on 16/03/2026. After the transfer, both HUFs hold zero shares while the individual promoters' holdings increased from 607,330 to 807,330 shares each. The total promoter holding remains unchanged at 74.89% (17,095,469 shares out of 22,827,920 total shares). The transaction represents internal restructuring of promoter shareholding with no change in aggregate promoter stake.
