Dalal Street Investments Ltd has submitted newspaper clippings of its un-audited Q3 FY26 results to BSE, as required under SEBI's listing rules. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported revenue from operations of just Rs. 0.19 lakhs, sharply down from Rs. 28.85 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung to a net loss of Rs. 18.17 lakhs, compared to a profit of Rs. 12.56 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period (April-December 2025), revenue fell to Rs. 62.24 lakhs from Rs. 130.82 lakhs a year ago, and the company reported a net loss of Rs. 18.89 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 55.12 lakhs in 9M FY25. On the positive side, outstanding debt dropped sharply to Rs. 129.03 lakhs from Rs. 310.77 lakhs YoY, improving the debt-equity ratio to 0.28x from 0.54x.
The weak quarterly performance — collapsing revenue and a return to losses after a profitable Q2 — is a negative signal for the stock, indicating volatile and inconsistent earnings. However, the significant debt reduction is a positive structural improvement that strengthens the balance sheet. Investors should note the very small scale of operations and high earnings volatility, which makes the stock highly speculative.
