Dalmia Bharat Q1FY27: Sales volume up 9% YoY to 7.6 MnT, revenue up 7% to Rs 3,890 Cr. EBITDA fell 8.8% to Rs 805 Cr, EBITDA per ton at Rs 1,055 (down 16.4%). PAT dropped 51% to Rs 192 Cr due to Rs 182 Cr in acquisition-related exceptional costs. Completed Rs 2,850 Cr acquisition of Jaiprakash Associates cement assets, adding 5.2 MnTPA capacity. Net debt to EBITDA rose to 1.47x from 0.33x. Chunar Grinding Unit commenced production, Rewa Clinker trial started.
